All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or deny refunds based on the circumstances and evidence provided.

2. Subscription Refunds

Technical Issues

Refunds may be granted if you experience significant technical issues on our side that prevent you from using the core features of your subscription plan.

Service Unavailability

If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours) due to maintenance or technical problems, we may offer partial refunds or service credits.

Billing Errors

Refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or incorrect amounts will be processed immediately upon verification.

Change of Mind

No refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply decide you don't need the service.

Service Used Successfully

No refunds if you successfully used any part of the service, even if some features were unavailable.

Account Violations

No refunds if your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Free Trial Period

No refunds for charges incurred during free trial periods if you did not cancel before the trial ended.

3. Stand Booking Refunds

✅ When Refunds Are Available

Event Cancellation by JobExpo

Full refunds will be provided if we cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control.

Significant Event Changes

Partial refunds may be offered if we make significant changes to the event that materially affect the value of your stand booking.

Billing Errors

Refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or incorrect amounts will be processed immediately upon verification.

❌ When Refunds Are NOT Available

Change of Plans

No refunds for change of plans, inability to attend, or scheduling conflicts.

Business Circumstances

No refunds due to business circumstances, budget changes, or company decisions.

Personal Emergencies

No refunds for personal emergencies, health issues, or travel restrictions.

Confirmed Bookings

Once your stand booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the booking is final and no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.

3.1 Stand Booking Payment Terms

Payment Requirements: Full payment is required before the event day. However, we understand that businesses may need flexible payment arrangements.

Flexible Payment Options: Our dedicated managers can work with you to establish payment schedules that accommodate your business needs, while ensuring 100% payment is received before the event.

3.2 Transfer Policy

In exceptional cases, we may allow you to transfer your stand booking to another company or individual, subject to our approval and a transfer fee. Contact us for more information.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Processing Time

  • Review Period: 5-10 business days for evaluation
  • Processing Time: 14 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for bank transfers

4.2 Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 additional business days

4.3 Refund Amount

  • Full refund of the subscription amount (if approved)
  • No refund of processing fees or taxes
  • Partial refunds may be considered for partial service periods

5. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  1. Request Review: Ask for a second review with additional evidence
