3.3 Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity and information. Failure to provide verification may result in account suspension.

• Browsing and applying for legitimate job opportunities
• Posting genuine job openings and company information
• Networking with other professionals
• Participating in job fairs and events
• Using AI-powered features for job matching

❌ Prohibited Uses

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against others
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Reselling, scraping, harvesting, or redistributing personal data obtained via the Platform
• Posting spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

6.1 Subscription Payments

• Payments are processed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly/annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6.2 Stand Booking Payments

• Stand bookings require full payment in advance
• Payments are non-refundable once confirmed
• Booking confirmations are sent via email

6.3 Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfers
• Digital wallets (as available)

7.1 Our Rights

The Platform, including its content, design, and functionality, is owned by JOBEXPO MA S.A.R.L A.U and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

7.3 Trademarks

"JobExpo.ma" and related logos are trademarks of JOBEXPO MA S.A.R.L A.U. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

9.1 Content Standards

• All content must be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Do not post confidential or proprietary information
• Maintain professional and respectful communication

9.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates.

Our AI-powered job matching is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

10.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content posted by users or third parties. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of such content.

10.5 Platform Role & Hiring Decisions

JobExpo.ma is a technology platform facilitating recruitment. We are not an employer and are not responsible for employer hiring decisions, interview outcomes, compensation, or employment terms. AI-powered matching and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee job placement or offers.

10.6 Access to Job Listings

Viewing job listings and submitting applications on JobExpo.ma is not paywalled. Certain premium features may require a subscription, but access to view jobs and apply remains available without any paywall.

10.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end immediately.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our sole discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Immediate loss of access to Platform features
• Deletion of account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• No refund of prepaid fees (except as per Refund Policy)

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
